What counts as the same
We match like for like, so you are comparing the real thing.
The same brand, model number, colour and size. A newer or older model is a different product.
The same warranty period from the same kind of provider. A shop-only warranty is not the same as a company warranty.
A registered retailer in Sri Lanka selling brand-new, genuine stock that is available to buy today.
A public price we can see on a link, an advert or a photo. We compare the total, including delivery.
Does Shopo.lk price match?
If you find the same product for less at another Sri Lankan retailer, send us the link or the details. We will take a look and come back with our best price.
What do I need to send?
A link to the product page is the fastest. If you saw it in a shop or on social media, send the shop name, the model, the price and a photo if you have one.
Is the warranty the same when you match a price?
Yes. A matched price is for the same product with the warranty shown on our product page. We only compare against offers that carry the same warranty.
How fast will I hear back?
We reply on WhatsApp, to the number you send the request from, 9am–7pm, every day.
Can I get a price match after I have bought?
Price match is for orders not yet placed. Send us the cheaper price before you order and we will come back with our best price.
How can I pay a matched price?
The same ways as any order: cash, cash on delivery, Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer, or in 3 instalments with Koko or Mintpay. The instalment total includes the provider fee, as on every order.
