How buying from us works
- Prices: all prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees and include taxes. The price on a product is the price for card or bank transfer. Paying in 3 instalments with KOKO or Mintpay adds a provider charge, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment: Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards through Genie Business, KOKO, Mintpay, or direct bank transfer.
- Delivery: islandwide delivery is Rs. 300 and takes 1–3 business days, and is free on orders of Rs. 10,000 or more. Same-day delivery in Colombo and free store pickup are also available. Details are on the Delivery page.
- Returns: tell us within 7 days of delivery if an item is faulty, damaged or wrong and we will replace or refund it. The full policy is on the Returns & Refunds page.
- Warranty: where a product carries a warranty, the length is shown on its product page, and we help you make the claim.
